Jughead #31
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeThis 1992 Archie Comics issue puts Jughead front and center — literally dozens of times — with a cover by Rex W. Lindsey that fills the entire page with a grid of Jughead's face cycling through every expression imaginable: laughing, scheming, surprised, cool-with-sunglasses, and thoroughly bewildered, all crowned by his signature whoopee cap. A small panel in the corner even sneaks in a glimpse of a hamburger with a karate chop sound effect, teasing the wonderfully titled interior story "A Hamburger Has Many Friends But the Cheese Stands Alone." It's a playful, energetic design that captures everything fans love about Riverdale's most gloriously laid-back resident.
