The "Justice for All!" tagline says it all — this December 2007 spotlight on Mr. Terrific closes out the "Mr. Horrific" arc with Arvid Nelson writing and Alex Sanchez handling both pencils and inks. The cover depicts Mr. Terrific at the center of a chaotic, rubble-strewn struggle, planting an American flag while grappling with two adversaries, as a smaller armored figure lies fallen at the base of the debris. It's a striking, flag-raising composition that sets up what looks like a hard-fought final confrontation in the story subtitled "Never Trust a Nazi.
