Beth tries to escape from the Injustice Society with an unconscious Obsidian, leading to a confrontation with Scandal Savage. The consciousness of Jakeem and Obsidian try to break free from a maze they have been imprisoned in. At JSA headquarters, Alan and Jade plan their next move, unaware that the Obsidian with them is really Johnny Sorrow in disguise. The Injustice Society learns where the JSA has hidden the Spear of Destiny and makes plans to seize it.
