A star-spangled hero and a caped blonde figure strain against that blinding discharge while additional teammates — including what appears to be Wonder Woman — are caught in the chaos behind them. With the "Wrath of the Spectre" arc in full swing and the creative team of Lemire, Olortegui, and Guerrero driving things forward, issue #20 sets up a confrontation that looks genuinely hard to walk away from unscathed.
