Josie and the Pussycats #49
In "Pussyfooting with the Pussycats," the Pussycats hit the road for a high-stakes gig at the Milton Hotel, where they're set to perform for Professor Lamebrane, the inventor of a secret formula for slow light. With Alex as their manager and Alan M. handling the gear, the girls travel in their van, unaware that Alexandra and Sebastian are already on the scene—using magic to swap the professor’s formula with one of the Pussycats’ songs. Written by Frank Doyle and brought to life by Dan DeCarlo’s dynamic art and Rudy Lapick’s inks, this 1970 adventure blends music, mystery, and a touch of the supernatural, all wrapped in a cover by DeCarlo and Lapick.
