Josie and the Pussycats #50
In "Quiet on the Set," the Pussycats trade their usual suburban hangouts for a trip to Hollywood, where they're unexpectedly pulled into the making of a cartoon series based on their lives—complete with behind-the-scenes chaos and Alexandra’s usual push for center stage. Written by Dick Malmgren and brought to life with Dan DeCarlo’s signature flair—pencils and inks by DeCarlo and Rudy Lapick, lettered by Bill Yoshida—this 1970 issue captures the band’s antics in a fresh, star-studded setting. The cover, also by DeCarlo and Lapick, perfectly captures the playful energy of the story.
