Quality Comics' teen-humor series delivers another round of "gags and gals and teen-age pals" in this August 1954 issue, with cover pencils by Bill Williams. The cover scene is a library visit gone sideways — Jonesy grins his trademark goofy grin while lugging an enormous stack of books, a dark-haired girl calls him out on grabbing his third batch of the day, and a blonde in a red dress by the shelves seems to be the real reason for all those return trips. It's a sweet snapshot of mid-1950s teen comedy: romantic scheming dressed up as a sudden love of literature.
