DC's scarred bounty hunter finds himself in dire straits on Tony DeZuniga's cover for this 1981 installment, with Jonah Hex bound and strapped to a giant wooden wheel while a masked, green-clad villain looms menacingly overhead, taunting "Adios, Hex!" The banner confirms El Papagayo returns as the threat, and a separate corner inset teases the feature story "Tejano!" as well.
