The second chapter of this DC/Dark Horse crossover miniseries brings together an irresistible rogues' gallery, with the Joker — toting an oversized weapon — looming large alongside a grinning green Mask character and a centered, fists-clenched Harley Quinn flanked by two identically styled silver-haired women in purple. Ramón Bachs's cover art captures that gleeful, anarchic energy perfectly when you imagine what happens when Gotham's Clown Prince meets a certain magical green mask. Written by Henry Gilroy with art by Bachs and inks by Howard Shum, this 2000 miniseries remains a wonderfully offbeat meeting of two very different pop-culture troublemakers.
