A wild collision of cartoon chaos headlines this December 1942 issue of Joker Comics, with a flustered policeman on a bicycle crashing headlong into a big-nosed pink figure on another bike, while a mischievous character in a red hat zooms away on a scooter clutching what appears to be a safe — all of them barreling past a "Detour: 1000 Ft. Drop" sign.
