John Wayne Adventure Comics #2

John Wayne is caught between a boxing champion and the champion's manager in a dispute over fight money, ultimately defeating the champion in the ring with a powerful right hook. In a second story, "The Blue Lightnin' Twins," John Wayne becomes entangled in a feud between Jeb Rackely and Johnny Montana over six-shooters in the frontier town of Stone Ridge, where Wayne is accidentally struck blind by dust but manages to defeat the gunmen despite his handicap.
