Issue #14 of Marvel's John Carter, Warlord of Mars arrives in 1978 with a cover that crackles with urgency — John Carter and the towering, multi-armed green warrior Tars Tarkas are caught amid the catastrophic collapse of Barsoom itself, rubble and chaos exploding in every direction around them.
