“Them!”

"Them!" from JLA: The Deluxe Edition #1, a 2008 DC standout, brings together the DC Universe’s mightiest heroes when the Star Conqueror emerges as a threat too great for the current Justice League. Written by Grant Morrison and Mark Millar, with Howard Porter’s dynamic art and John Dell’s sharp inks, the story pits legendary figures against a cosmic menace whose power could unravel reality—forcing them to confront a terrifying choice: face the enemy with their full might, or surrender their powers to stand a chance.
