“Hell Freezes Over!”

In "Hell Freezes Over!", Guy Gardner and Power Girl lead a desperate rescue mission through the infernal realms, only to find an unexpected reunion when Guy spots his long-lost flame, Tora, trapped in the twisted confines of Fast Food Hell. As Etrigan grants the heroes passage back to the living world, they must carry Tora with them—knowing full well that any glance back could cost her everything. Written by Keith Giffen and J. M. DeMatteis, with dynamic art by Kevin Maguire and inks by Joe Rubinstein, this haunting chapter of JLA: Classified blends mythic weight with emotional stakes, all wrapped in a cover by Maguire and Rubinstein.

As Guy and Power Girl rescue our heroes, he sees that Beatriz has discovered his old flame, Tora, in fast food hell. He is reunited with her as Etrigan tells the heroes they can leave Hell. The heroes take Tora with them, knowing that if anyone looks behind to see if she’s still with them, she’ll be lost forever. Guy and Beatriz struggle with this, but Beatriz, in true Orpheus fashion, has to sneak a small look--and Tora vanishes--forever.
