The concluding chapter of this 2001 DC Elseworlds trilogy arrives with a cover that captures the weight of its premise: a massive gathering of DC's heroes — power-based and street-level alike — stands divided across a cracked, barren landscape, two distinct groups facing one another across what looks like a literal fault line.
