When a high-class plumber is summoned by Sultan Mustapha Mo-Kash to investigate a missing ring from the royal bath-tub, he and his clever monkey-wrench assistant find themselves on a wild chase involving a scheming little leek, an old enemy called the Padded Pasha, and a magical mountain with the power to grant wishes.
