Mickaël Roux brings Wild West chaos to the schoolyard in this 2012 Bamboo Édition volume of Jeu de Gamins. The cover says it all: three pint-sized cowboys sprint for their lives as a sky-filling storm of suction-cup darts rains down around them — one kid in a sheriff's hat and toy pistol leading the charge, flanked by two equally frantic partners in Western gear. It's a wonderfully silly showdown that captures exactly the breathless, anything-goes energy of kids taking their cowboy games very, very seriously.
