The "Vargr" arc reaches its sixth chapter with a cover by Dom Reardon that sets an unmistakably cold, tense mood: a grey warship cuts through blood-red waters toward the viewer, with a distant coastline and lighthouse fading into the mist behind it. The stark contrast between the steel vessel and the crimson sea gives the image real weight — understated yet deeply unsettling in the best Bond tradition. Warren Ellis and Jason Masters close out this 2016 Dynamite run with all the brooding atmosphere fans have come to expect from this series.
