M puts Bond onto investigating wealthy and popular industrialist and philanthropist Sir Hugo Drax-- because he cheats at cards. After, Bond replaces a security man at Drax's factory where he's building England's 1st nuclear missile, and teams with undercover lady cop Gala Brand. After several harrowing incidents, including one where Bond's beloved Bentley is destroyed, they discover the secret of Drax's mysterious past. He's really a Nazi who's been posing as an Englishman since the end of WW2, and intends to use his missile to finish the job Adolph Hitler started-- by leveling London!
