Written by Bob Layton and David Michelinie and illustrated by Layton, this 1980 issue captures the tension of high-stakes engineering gone wrong, all rendered in bold visuals by Layton and colorist Ben Sean. The cover, also by Layton, sets the tone with a striking image of Iron Man mid-action.
