Marquez's cover for this third issue of Bendis and Marquez's 2016 series puts a fresh spin on armored action: a helmetless figure in a partially assembled Iron Man suit plunges toward the viewer, repulsor glowing in one outstretched gauntlet while debris scatters around him and the gleaming gold Iron Man faceplate looms in the foreground. It's a genuinely arresting composition — half hero, half chaos — that captures the feeling of someone still figuring out just how much armor they actually need. Colorist Justin Ponsor's vibrant reds, golds, and cool sky blues give the whole image a kinetic punch that makes it hard to put back on the shelf.
