The third chapter of Jonathan Hickman's six-part Infinity event arrives with a cover by Adam Kubert that is nothing short of arresting — a figure frozen in an agonized, open-mouthed scream as a massive crown-like structure above them erupts in blinding golden fire and shattering debris. That image of catastrophic collapse, rendered in deep amber and shadow, sets a fittingly grim tone for a story chapter titled "Kingdoms Fall." With interior art from Jerome Opeña and Dustin Weaver, colored by Justin Ponsor, this is Marvel's 2013 cosmic epic at full, unrelenting scale.
