Someone stole the aircraft carrier Chickamauga and crew. Super Agents Mickey and Goofy are assigned to bring in Kari Narden for questioning, but she is kidnapped in front of them giving them their only clue 'that the ship is under a mile of ice'. Finding the carrier M&G hear how Harold forced Kari's father to attempt his anti-gravity experiments powered by the carrier's reactor. Escaping to report and lead in an Air Force task force, they find the anti-gravity device works & acts as a shield protecting the ship. Threatening to use the carrier as a weapon Harold demands a billion dollar ransom.
