In "Hvor er Abner? Andre del: Fortidens evige by," Indiana and Marion arrive in the mysterious city of Ra-Lundi only to be captured and set to be sacrificed to sasquatch-like beings. With the help of a shadowy figure known only as the Man in the Mask—who may be linked to the missing Abner—they narrowly escape, witnessing the city’s sudden destruction. Back at the National Museum, Indy and Marion face new setbacks when Marcus reveals the Arnhem Ring is a forgery and he’s being replaced as curator.
