This anthology issue contains three Western adventure stories featuring Native American characters and frontier conflicts. "Magic Arrow" depicts a Seneca warrior granted magical arrows by his forefathers that curve in flight and rotate to strike enemies, who uses them to defend the innocent against lawless frontier elements. "Shoshone Vengeance" follows a tough scout named Cy McCandless who faces a grueling desert endurance race for his life after a routine inspection at a Shoshone camp goes awry. The third story involves Little Eagle and Princess Running Brook assisting Colonel Ormsby by infiltrating outlaw forces posing as Confederate soldiers who plan to attack a gold train, with Little Eagle ultimately helping to thwart the scheme.
