Athena calls a council of the gods and gathers four deities to accompany Hercules and Amadeus Cho in a cosmic boat to stage an assault on the Skrull gods. Hercules is less than pleased that his sister has volunteered him for this task, especially since his party includes his hated enemy, Mikaboshi. The god squad is formed and sets sail among the stars.
