“Een visioen des doods”

In "Een visioen des doods," Dr. Battu returns to the AGENCY labs to confront a horrifying twist: his Creech experiment has been transformed into a weaponized creature, cloned from an aborted fetus and alien DNA. Outraged, he brings a news reporter to witness the truth, handing over a vial of alien DNA as proof before attempting to transfer his consciousness into the Creech. The moment is shattered when Dross intervenes and shoots him. Written and illustrated by Greg Capullo, with inks by Danny Miki and colors by Tyson Wengler, the cover by Capullo and Miki captures the story’s tense, visceral tone.

Dr. Battu returns to the lab after a forced vacation only to learn that his Creech experiment has been modified and weaponized. The Creech is now a genetically enhanced fighting monster cloned from the DNA of an aborted fetus and alien genetic material. Outraged by the perversion of his work, Dr. Battu brings a news reporter in to the AGENCY labs to show him what they are doing there. He gives him a vial of alien DNA as proof of his claims. Battu then utilizes a machine to transfer his consciousness into the Creech. Dross interrupts the process and shoots him in the head.
