Gina Catlett had been aware of Don Lassiter for years, but he never notices her as he plays the field. When Don meets Sara Marsh, they immediately looked as though they belonged together. To make Don notice her, Gina makes friends with Sara. Gina maneuvers herself between Sara and Don, ultimately ending with Don proposing to Gina. Gina marries Don, but she knows the ring was bought for Sara and the sad, tear-stained face of Sara lingers in her heart.
