In "La morte oltre i cancelli!", Namor, imprisoned on the fiery Inferno Isle by the usurper Byrrah, fights the island’s monstrous guardian and escapes to reclaim his throne. With help from Dorma, who uncovers Byrrah’s mind-control device, Namor turns the tide against his enemies, as Attuma and Krang betray the false king and unleash their own destruction upon Atlantis.

As he tries to contain the danger by casting it into a deep crevasse, an ancient monster stirs—menacing both the surface and the depths. In "La saga degli Sneepers!", an alien observer known as L'Osservatore watches Earth with growing concern as humanity races toward technological supremacy. As the Cold War intensifies and the atomic bomb looms, the observer concludes that humanity's path will lead to self-destruction—before it ever becomes a true threat.
