Humdinger v1 #2

This issue contains two main stories. The first, "Mickey Starlight," retells the myth of Icarus, with a young boy named Mickey who ignores his father's warning and flies too close to the sun on waxed wings, causing him to fall into the sea. The second story features the Humdinger character with a magic chicken wishbone that grants three wishes; after the boys use their wishes on trivial items like ice cream cones, Humdinger ends up on a runaway outboard motorboat that he cannot control, leading to a dangerous adventure down a mountain railway and off a cliff.
