Human Bomb #2

The second chapter of this four-issue DC miniseries puts the Human Bomb front and center — literally — as the cover by Jerry Ordway shows him crackling with explosive energy, flames igniting in one hand while a massive fireball erupts behind him and two looming silhouetted figures close in from either side.
