While fishing, Hot Stuff is pulled underwater by a giant fish and taken to an underwater city, where fish breathe air. As Doctor Neptune explains to Hot Stuff, the giant hot spring beneath the city has stopped producing heat. They have kidnapped Hot Stuff so that he can provide them with heat.
