Harvey's beloved little red devil is living up to his billing as the "Hottest Devil in Town" — the cover of issue #137 shows Hot Stuff cheerfully floating in a pool while the water around him literally boils, leaving two wide-eyed, panicked kids scrambling to escape the heat.
