Sally and Maureen are helping Jill get into her wedding dress, when some flowers are delivered. A note with the flowers is another in a series of notes she has received threatening bodily harm to her fiancé if she goes through with the wedding. Worried for Laurie's safety, she runs away before the ceremony. However, in her panicked state she has a car accident and is brought to the hospital. Believing that Jill actually still loves Laurie, Sally goes to Jill's flat and finds one of the threatening notes.
