In "Die Rache des Zauberers," reporter Jim Lowery ventures to the secluded European village of Waldyk to debunk its famed wizard as a fraud, but strange occurrences—too precise to be coincidence—begin to unfold around him, leaving him questioning whether the legend is real or if he’s the one being manipulated.

"Kains Spielzimmer" delivers a quick, darkly playful trio of single-panel gags: a dentist’s drill pierces a patient’s neck with unsettling precision, a boy’s Easter egg hunt takes a monstrous turn as something writhes inside, and a ghost is hilariously mistaken for a forgotten white towel. Each strip leans into absurd horror with a perfectly timed twist, blending the mundane with the macabre in just a few panels.
