When Cassidy pursues the criminal, he realizes he may wind up in the same deadly trap. The story also includes a comedic subplot involving Plumb Loony Whiskers and fishermen at a "No Fishing Allowed" sign, where ignorance of the law leads to a confrontation, and a scene with a man encountering a bear in the wilderness after seeking shelter.
