Part two of "Katie" arrives in this April 1999 installment of Garth Ennis and John McCrea's sharp-edged DC series. McCrea's cover — which he both penciled and inked — puts Tommy Monaghan front and center, blood-soaked, gun in hand, sunglasses on, his coat billowing as a building burns in the fiery background behind him, while a fallen figure draped in blue lies across the foreground. It's a striking, quietly ominous image that captures exactly the kind of grim, hardboiled atmosphere that made Hitman such a standout book of its era.
