What begins as a desperate attempt at alliance quickly turns into a clash of titans, as ancient enmities and manipulated rage ignite a battle beneath the waves.

In "Es waren nur Vogelscheuchen," a young man plots to have his reclusive uncle committed to an asylum so he can claim the family farm. When he drags the sheriff out to confront the uncle, the lawman returns shaken—silent, unsettled, and warning the nephew to stay away. The uncle’s strange behavior takes a chilling turn when he reveals the truth: he’s not talking to scarecrows as friends… because he is one.

In "Im Reich der Unsterblichen," the Hulk is dragged to Asgard by Loki, forced to battle the realm’s warriors. Though the Hulk fights fiercely against the Warriors Three, a rare moment of clarity reveals their hesitation—these gods see not a monster, but a prisoner of fate. Enraged by their mercy, Loki casts the Hulk into a bottomless pit, leaving his fate uncertain.
