Hit Comics #66
In "Der Herrscher und das Monster," Namor faces off against a monstrous creature in a brutal clash that triggers an avalanche, trapping the beast beneath tons of snow and ice. As the submarine that brought him into the conflict suffers damage from the battle, Namor turns his fury on the vessel, punching through its hull before the creature returns for one final, devastating fight. With the submarine fleeing and the creature seemingly destroyed, Namor barely escapes with his life—overcome by radiation and exhaustion—before returning to Atlantis, where advanced medicine pulls him back from the brink. As he recovers, he resolves to summon a council of war, signaling that the threat is far from over.
In "Der Kampf mit dem Silver Surfer," the Hulk, convinced the Silver Surfer is an alien threat, charges into battle with the cosmic being—only to be effortlessly subdued. The Surfer, intrigued by the Hulk’s rage, probes his mind and learns the truth behind the gamma radiation that transformed him. As the Surfer prepares to heal Dr. Banner, the Hulk awakens and, seeing the intervention as a new assault, strikes out again. Frustrated, the Surfer departs, leaving the Hulk vowing to track him down and force a journey beyond Earth.
In "Feinde in Atlantis," Namor and Dorma return to Atlantis only to discover a hidden underwater city built by surface dwellers, its founder Dr. Walter Newell a man whose ambitions clash with the prince of the deep. When the Plunderer arrives with a warship and destroys the city’s protective dome, Namor must choose between confronting the villain and saving Dorma and the trapped citizens, leading to a tense rescue beneath the waves.
In "Der Halk zwischen den Sternen," the Hulk, en route to the planet Wundagore II, unexpectedly reverts to his human form, Bruce Banner. There, he's brought before the High Evolutionary, who had hoped to harness the Hulk’s gamma-powered strength to fight his monstrous New Men. Though disappointed by the frailty of the man before him, the Evolutionary sees potential in Banner and decides to evolve him—a leap forward in time that could reshape humanity’s future.
