In "The Man Who Lived a Million Years," a centuries-old being known only as The Leader escapes his proper place in Eternity and wreaks havoc on Earth, tipping the balance of power in favor of ruthless conquerors. Kid Eternity must use his unique magic to outwit the ancient entity, enlisting the help of a primitive caveman to restore cosmic order.

Sir Roger's got a chicken problem—he's promised a bird named Miss Henrietta that she's heading to "chicken heaven," but when a hungry visitor shows up demanding the promised dinner, Sir Roger has to talk his way out of hot water with all the charm (and gift of gab) he can muster. It's a six-page romp of schemes, misunderstandings, and comeuppance that proves sometimes your own words come back to peck you.
