Willie Wisp, an imaginative eight-year-old boy, encounters Willie the Wisp, a magical lightning bug with big dreams of his own, who whisks him away on a fantastical night adventure. The two visit a museum where Willie the Wisp brings a statue of Neptune to life, and the three of them find themselves caught up in a series of hilarious misadventures around town. It's a charming tale of friendship and imagination that captures the pure fun of dreaming big, no matter how small you are.
In "Grego the Grisly Heading East," Bill finds himself increasingly uneasy as the local sheriff keeps assigning him the most unpleasant tasks—especially the one involving the notorious and fearsome Grego the Grisly. Written by an unknown author and illustrated by an unknown artist, this 1943 humor tale follows Bill’s reluctant journey as he’s dragged into a situation far more absurd than he ever expected.
