Stormy creates a new version of his super-vitamin formula that is five times stronger than the original, and it is stolen and used by a crook. However, the crook's heart couldn't stand the strain and he died. However, the co-horts of the crook used the formula and gave the Great Defender a run for his money before his cunning overcame them.
