Heroic Tales #10

Don Dixon, created by Bob Moore and Carl Pfeufer, follows the titular character and his companions as they prepare to return home in their great ship after adventures across the world. However, their homecoming is interrupted when the laboratory catches fire, forcing Don and the crew to escape the vessel while battling the flames. Gordon Fife's story depicts a touching reunion as a young boy in a checkered shirt is reunited with his father, though their joy is tempered by warnings of danger and espionage threats that complicate their safety.
