Hellboy in Hell #8

Mike Mignola's cover for issue #8 of Hellboy in Hell sets an immediately unsettling scene: a massive skeletal hound — all exposed ribs and glowing eyes, trailing red sinuous tendrils — looms over a dwarfed Hellboy, while two skull-faced robed figures hover nearby, one muttering "Well now that's something."
