Part two of Warren Ellis's six-part "Haunted" arc arrives in this 1999 Vertigo entry, with a Tim Bradstreet cover that sets a quietly unsettling tone. A trenchcoated Constantine stands with his back to us, facing a tiled wall where the ghostly reflection of a pale, dark-haired figure stares back — smoke curling upward between them in the dim, sepia-stained light. It's a hauntingly composed image that captures the brooding, street-level supernatural atmosphere John Higgins brings to the interiors.
