“Cry Alone!”

In "Cry Alone!", a tense moment of moral choice defines Frank’s path when he hesitates at the edge of a bank robbery, only to be spared by the enigmatic Spider—setting off a chain of consequences that pull him into a web of danger and loyalty. With the stakes rising, Larry rushes to help, Dr. Stratton battles to save Penny’s life, and Chris and Larry face a dangerous confrontation with Jane, while Sandy’s cautious advice to Marian leads to a surprising new connection with Tod and Bud’s mysterious new girlfriend. Written by Barbara Friedlander and illustrated by Jay Scott Pike with inks by George Roussos, the cover by Dick Giordano captures the raw emotion of the moment.
