Part four of five in this 1998 DC series, and the cover makes an immediate impression — Hawk and Dove are tumbling helplessly upside-down against a swirling green background dominated by a massive, ghostly face, with the tagline "A Touch of Vertigo!" promising some seriously disorienting trouble for the duo.
