Hauteville House #9

The ninth volume of Delcourt's Hauteville House series arrives with a suitably atmospheric cover by Manchu — a lone hooded figure stands on a descending staircase, surrounded by massive industrial gears bathed in deep crimson light, with an eerie mist curling around them. Titled "Le tombeau de l'Abbé Frollo," this 2012 entry promises the kind of brooding, mechanically-charged mystery the series does so well. With Fred Duval writing and the artistic team of Christophe Quet, Thierry Gioux, and colorist Carole Beau bringing it to life, fans of the series will find plenty to draw them in.
