Cullen Bunn and Tyler Crook's Southern gothic series arrives at its thirty-first chapter with a cover that crackles with mob fury — a massive, clawed dark fist rising above a churning crowd of townsfolk, fists raised and faces set with grim intensity against a blazing amber sky. Crook's woodcut-inflected artwork turns the scene into something almost primal, every figure bathed in deep oranges and reds that feel less like a sunset and more like something burning.
