Harley Quinn #3 kicks off "No Good Deed Part 1" with a cover by Riley Rossmo that bursts with swirling ribbons of color — Harley herself dominates the foreground, wide-eyed and radiantly blonde with her signature red-and-black cap, while a hulking, suited villain looms threateningly above her amid scattered playing-card hearts. Rossmo's fluid, almost painterly linework and Ivan Plascencia's vibrant palette give the whole image a kinetic, slightly dreamlike energy that perfectly suits Harley's chaotic world. Stephanie Phillips and Riley Rossmo's 2021 series is already showing real creative confidence by issue three.
